• Sourcing of machinery from Japanese OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Dismantling, packing, and global logistics.
• Upgrades, modernization, and on-site installation.
• B2B services through “Saran Mart” and Manpower Consultancy.

• Inquiries: Any inquiry sent via our contact form does not constitute a binding contract.
• Pricing: All prices provided in quotations are subject to change based on market fluctuations, availability, and shipping costs — unless otherwise stated in a formal written engagement agreement.
• Contract Formation: A binding agreement is only formed once a formal “Sales Contract” or “Proforma Invoice” is signed by both parties and the initial payment (deposit) is received.

• “As-Is” Basis: Unless otherwise specified in writing — all used machinery is sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.
• Inspection: We encourage clients to conduct pre-shipment inspections. While we leverage our 30 years of experience to ensure high-quality sourcing, the company provides no warranties, express or implied — regarding the merchantability or fitness of used equipment for a particular purpose beyond what is documented in the technical specifications provided.

• Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR).
• Title and Risk: The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at the port of loading — in accordance with the selected Incoterms.
• Import Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

In compliance with the Japanese Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act — as well as international peace and security standards:

• Restricted Use: The buyer guarantees that the machinery purchased from Saran Corporation., Ltd. will not be used for the development, manufacture, or use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) or conventional weapons.
• End-User Verification: We hold the authority to request “End-User Certificates” to verify the final destination and intended use of the machinery.
• Compliance: We will not proceed with any transaction that violates Japanese export control regulations or international sanctions. Any transaction found to be in violation will be terminated immediately — without liability to the company.

Our consultancy services are provided to facilitate industrial growth. While we strive to provide the most suitable candidates and expert advice, Saran Corporation., Ltd. is not liable for the performance or conduct of personnel — once they are engaged by the client’s organization.

All information on this webpage, including written content, images, and brand marks (such as the “Saran Corporation., Ltd.” logo and the CEO’s messages) — belongs to Saran Corporation., Ltd., and is protected by Japanese and international copyright laws.
