Is it possible to inspect the machinery in person before purchasing?

Yes. We highly recommend on-site inspections at our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit so a technician can be available to assist with

  • Test runs, or
  • Live video inspections for remote clients.

Does Saran Corporation perform maintenance on the used machines?

We conduct thorough technical audits and accuracy tests on our inventory. While items are generally sold “as-is,” we can perform

  • Specific repairs,
  • Parts replacement, or
  • Overhauls upon request

to ensure the equipment meets your precise operational requirements.

Do you provide transportation and installation services for purchased items?

We coordinate with professional logistics partners to manage domestic and international shipping. Our team can also oversee the levelling, positioning, and initial commissioning of the machinery at your facility, to ensure a seamless start to production.

Are the prices listed on the website inclusive of consumption tax?

As we primarily engage in B2B transactions and international trade, all quoted prices are exclusive of tax. For items without a displayed price, please use the “Request a Quote” feature for a formal proposal based on current market rates.

Does the quoted sales price include shipping and handling costs?

Our standard sales prices are quoted EXW (Ex-Works) from our warehouse and do not include shipping. However, for machinery buy-backs (purchases), our appraisal generally covers the cost of removal and transport from your site to our facility.

What are the standard payment terms and methods?

Full payment via bank transfer or cash is required prior to the release or shipment of any machinery. Once you approve our quotation and submit a Purchase Order, we will issue a Proforma Invoice containing our secure payment details.

How long does it typically take for a machine to be delivered?

Delivery timelines depend on

  • the machine’s condition and
  • the required shipping route.

While some units are ready for immediate dispatch, others may require 1–2 weeks for professional cleaning, disassembly, and specialized export packing, before they leave our yard.

Do the used machines come with a warranty or performance guarantee?

All equipment is sold “as-is” without a standard warranty due to the nature of used machinery. However, for specific high-value assets, we offer optional maintenance packages and extended support services, to provide additional peace of mind after installation.

Are all original accessories and manuals included with the equipment?

We strive to provide all available accessories, including manuals and specialized tooling. However, as these are pre-owned items, some original components may be missing. We recommend confirming the exact inclusion list with our sales team before finalizing your order.

Can I deliver equipment directly to your warehouse for an appraisal?

Yes, you may bring machinery to our facility for a physical assessment after an initial desk review. Please contact us beforehand with photos and specifications, so we can confirm our interest and prepare for your arrival at our yard.
